Soudal rides the Tour 2013 with Lotto Belisol!
Only eight weeks before the start of summer holidays, traditionally that's also the beginning of the Tour de France.
For the special 100th edition of the Tour, with start in Corsica, Lotto Belisol and SOUDAL have signed an agreement.
This company from the Campine that is specialized in sealants, adhesives and PU-foams will during the period 29/6 - 21/7 be co-sponsor of the Lotto Belisol cycling team, with top riders like Jurgen Van den Broeck, Jürgen Roelandts, Jelle Vanendert and André Greipel. The riders will get to wear new race shorts with the recognizable SOUDAL logo.
After a successful presence in the cycling world (cfr. The SOUDAL Classics in cyclo-cross), the company is now setting a step further into cycling. Through this sponsorship the people from the Campine confirm their ambition to grow internationally.
A Belgian background and a team that is close to the people and keen to set results. in these values both Lotto Belisol as SOUDAL recognize themselves perfectly. In addition a sports event with worldwide attention and media coverage like the Tour de France is ideal for SOUDAL to reinforce its visibility and the people's awareness of the company internationally.
