These conditions determine the obligations and commitments of SOUDAL NV and the participant for this Fix ALL 25 years contest. By entering this competition, you agree with these conditions.

General conditions of the contest

In the period of 01/03/2021 and 30/04/2021 SOUDAL NV organises a Facebook competition which is called “Fix ALL 25 years contest”. At the end of this contest SOUDAL NV selects 25 winners who will receive a SOUDAL surprise box. To participate in this contest, participants need to post a picture of their Fix ALL application. Winners will be contacted by SOUDAL NV through Facebook.

Article 1
SOUDAL NV, headquarters located in Everdongenlaan 18-20, BE-2300 Turnhout in Belgium, organizes a competition which starts on 01/03/2021 and ends on 30/04/2021 00.00h (GMT+1). This competition is open to people of all ages (18+), except for the employees or family of the employees of SOUDAL NV. These people are not allowed to enter the competition

Article 2
This competition is available through the Fix ALL Facebook page. There is no obligation of purchase to enter this competition.

Article 3
This competition will be held under supervision of SOUDAL NV. SOUDAL NV will state the necessary findings which will guarantee the objectivity of this competition. The decisions of SOUDAL NV are final and are not open for discussion.

Article 4
The prize of this competition is a Soudal Surprise box which contains products of Soudal and a Bluetooth speaker. This prize is not transmissible and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Article 5
The competition will be held between 01/03/2021 and 30/04/2021 00:00h. There will be 1 draw in this period, which will take place on 07/05/2021.

Article 6
The draw and the final date to participate is the following:
1) Draw on 07/05/2021 – Participate until 30/04/2021 until 00.00h (GMT+1).
The winners will be chosen by SOUDAL NV, based on creativity and degree of difficulty. The decision of SOUDAL NV is final and cannot be disputed. Any complaints on this contest will not be taken in consideration.

Article 7
Each winner will be contacted personally by SOUDAL NV. Participants that don’t win, will not be contacted.

Article 8
SOUDAL NV cannot be held responsible for any breach of contract in case that this breach of contract is directly or indirectly, completely or partially caused by circumstances outside of its free will that have hindered seriously or made impossible the implementation of its commitments.

Article 9
The organisers have the right to change the rules of the competition unilaterally and at any given moment or to cancel the competition in the case of circumstances beyond their own control.

Article 10
There will be no written or verbal communication about this competition, the winners or any other element of this competition.

Article 11
The winners must be legal inhabitants of the following participating countries:

• Australia
• Poland
• South Africa
• Denmark
• Estonia
• United Kingdom
• Italy
• Russia

Article 12
The participant must be 18 years or older. Otherwise the participation is not valid.

Article 13
If SOUDAL NV notices any form of deception or abuse from the side of the participant, SOUDAL NV has the right to exclude this participant from the competition.

Article 14
If there are not enough participants, not all prizes will be distributed. There cannot be more prizes than participants.

Article 15
The winning participant must react within 2 days after he has been contacted by SOUDAL NV. Otherwise SOUDAL NV will select a new winner.

Article 16
By entering this competition, the participant agrees that this competition is based on Belgian legislation.

Article 17
Any mistakes in writing or spelling on the website, cannot be subject for any discussion.
